La siguiente película animada del universo de DC presentó su trailer y la sinopsis de esta nueva aventura.

Justice League Vs. The Fatal Five es la nueva entrega en el universo de películas animadas de DC. En esta ocasión, el peligro viene del futuro. Mientras Superman, La Mujer Maravilla y Batman intentan descifrar que ocurre y porqué parece ser que el objetivo principal del enemigo es Linterna Verde (Jessica Cruz), ellos deberán enfrentar a estos cinco villanos con la ayuda del volátil Star Boy (Thomas Kallor).
El elenco de voces lo componen Elyes Gabel (Scorpion, Game of Thrones) como Thomas Kallor/Star Boy y Diane Guerrero (Orange is the New Black, Jane the Virgin, Doom Patrol) como Jessica Cruz/Green Lantern. Repitiendo su rol en Justice League/Justice League Unlimited como Batman, La Mujer Maravilla y Superman, respectivamente están Kevin Conroy (Batman: The Animated Series, Batman: The Killing Joke), Susan Eisenberg (Injustice 2, LEGO DC Super Heroes – Aquaman: Rage of Atlantis) y George Newbern (Superman vs. The Elite, Scandal). Dándole vida a los villanos que componen los Fatal Five están Peter Jessop (Mass Effect, Fallout 4, Resident Evil) como Tharok, Matthew Yang King (Batman Ninja, Supah Ninjas) como The Persuader, Sumalee Montano (S.W.A.T., This Is Us) como Emerald Empress y Philip Anthony Rodriguez (Grimm, The Secret Life of the American Teenager) como Mano.
A este elenco lo completan Daniela Bobadilla (Anger Management, The Middle) como Miss Martian, Kevin Michael Richardson (Family Guy, The Simpsons) como Mr. Terrific, Noel Fisher (Shameless, Castle Rock) como Brainiac 5, Tara Strong (Batman: The Killing Joke, Teen Titans, Teen Titans Go!) como Saturn Girl y Tom Kenny (SpongeBob SquarePants) como Bloodsport.
La producción y dirección estuvo en manos de Sam Liu (Reign of the Supermen, Gotham by Gaslight) con guion de Eric Carrasco (Supergirl, Justice League Action), Jim Krieg (Batman: Gotham by Gaslight) y Alan Burnett (Suicide Squad: Hell To Pay). El film se basa en una historia de Carrasco. Burnett y Krieg son también co-productores. Amy McKenna (The Death of Superman) produce. Benjamin Melniker y Michael Uslan son productores ejecutivos junto a Sam Register y Bruce Timm (Justice League/Justice League Unlimited, Batman: The Animated Series).
“Justice League vs. The Fatal Five es una importante adición al Universo Fílmico de DC, ya que pone bajo el reflector a dos improbables jóvenes héroes con problemas del mundo real, quienes enfrentan a este quinteto de villanos futuristas”, dijo Mary Ellen Thomas, vice presidente de Warner Bros. Home Entertainment. “Estamos orgullosos de tener a Kevin Conroy, Susan Eisenberg y George Newbern de vuelta en sus role como la Trinidad de la Liga de la Justicia y creo que los fans estarán igualmente satisfechos con su regreso.”

Estos son varios featurettes con historias y otros extras.
El film llegará al público en varios formatos, tanto Blu-Ray, Digital, Ultra HD y otras opciones, el día 30 de marzo para descarga y a partir del 16 de abril para los packs 4K Ultra HD Combo Pack y Blu-ray Combo Pack.
